Au programme de cet après-midi autour de Dorothy Iannone, aka Lady Liberty :

- le lancement français de la monographie "Love Is Forever, Isn’t It ?" paru en 2024 chez JRP|Editions
En présence de son éditeur, Clément Dirié, et de sa commanditaire, Joanna Zielinska, curatrice au M HKA (Museum van Hedendaagse Kunst, Anvers)
Avec des lectures d'Ana Mendoza Aldana, autrice, et de Florence Bonnefous.

- l’exposition d’archives inédites (correspondances, photographies, sérigraphies rares des années 1970) et des multiples publiés par JRP|Editions avec Dorothy Iannone

- la présentation de "SEE YOURSELF AS LOVERS SEE YOU", le catalogue tout juste paru de l'exposition de Dorothy Iannone et William D. Copley à la Philara Sammlung, Düsseldorf.

Cette séance inaugurale posera les fondations du Club Dorothy.
Il existera avec vous, par vous et pour vous, pour prolonger et amplifier l’amour extatique prôné par Dorothy Iannone toute sa vie durant.

We are delighted to invite you to the first Club Dorothy session on Saturday 16 November from 3pm to 6pm!

The afternoon's programme will focus on Dorothy Iannone, aka Lady Liberty:

- the French launch of the monograph Love Is Forever, Isn't It? published in 2024 by JRP|Editions.
In the presence of its publisher, Clément Dirié and its commissioner Joanna Zielinska, curator at M HKA (Museum van Hedendaagse Kunst, Antwerp)
With readings by Ana Mendoza Aldana, author, and Florence Bonnefous.

- An exhibition of previously unseen archives (correspondence, photographs, rare screenprints from the 1970s) and multiples published by JRP|Editions with Dorothy Iannone.

- the presentation of SEE YOURSELF AS LOVERS SEE YOU, the newly-published catalogue of the exhibition by Dorothy Iannone and William D. Copley at the Philara Sammlung, Düsseldorf.

This inaugural session will lay the foundations of the Club Dorothy.
It will exist with you, through you and for you, to extend and amplify the ecstatic love advocated by Dorothy Iannone throughout her life.
